1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Specula Visualization website, services, or any content provided by Specula Visualization ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Specula Visualization provides professional 3D product visualization and CGI services for consumer product brands. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • 3D product rendering

  • Lifestyle product visualization

  • Studio (silo) product rendering

  • Product animations

  • Exploded view and cutaway visualizations

  • Packaging visualization

  • 360° product spins

  • Custom CGI assets for websites, eCommerce, advertising, and marketing campaigns

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, product specifications, reference materials, CAD files, or other assets necessary for the completion of a project.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they own or have permission to use all submitted materials.

  • Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed revision periods.

  • Providing timely feedback to avoid project delays.

  • Ensuring all requested work complies with applicable laws and intellectual property rights.

Specula Visualization is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate project materials provided by the client.

4. Revisions & Project Scope

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, projects include a limited number of revision rounds. Requests that exceed the agreed scope, require substantial redesign, or introduce new deliverables may incur additional fees.

Any changes to the original project brief after work has begun may require a revised timeline and quotation.

5. Intellectual Property

All original concepts, renders, animations, models, graphics, and other creative work produced by Specula Visualization remain the property of Specula Visualization until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon full payment, clients receive the usage rights outlined in their project agreement. Unless otherwise specified, Specula Visualization retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media channels, presentations, and promotional materials.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While our visualizations are designed to support product marketing and product launches, Specula Visualization does not guarantee specific business results, including but not limited to increased sales, conversion rates, advertising performance, crowdfunding success, or revenue growth.

Project outcomes depend on numerous factors outside of our control, including product quality, pricing, marketing strategy, competition, and market conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Specula Visualization shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, services, or deliverables, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, data loss, or lost business opportunities.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

8. Third-Party Software & Services

Our workflow may involve the use of third-party software, rendering engines, cloud storage services, communication platforms, or file-sharing providers. Specula Visualization is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or privacy practices of these third-party services.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Specula Visualization shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
